Our Approach

  • We assess your individual needs and tailor the curriculum accordingly. This is NOT a “one size fits all” approach. Each group process will be custom designed by our clinical staff.

  • You and your fellow group members are active participants in recovery together. This is NOT simply 3 hours of lecture. Rather, the clinician provides resources, insights and group training activities in a dynamic process that empowers you and your group.

  • You will receive training in coping strategies and skill development designed to create new habits and structures in your life free from substances.
